Non-scale victory of the week!

I wanted to try to focus on eating healthy and being active without worrying about the scale the last few weeks and it really paid off!!!

Re-joining dietbet, though I had no intention of doing it again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had a horrible bout of gout this week and the steroids make me retain a ton of fluid, hands are pretty tied.

Stayed strong this week and denied emotionally eating, drank water and walked instead!

My NSV this week is simply that when I was struggling, I didn't take a complete nose dive off the wagon. I slipped a little but pulled myself back up.

Wasn't as active as I wanted, I also didn't eat breakfast every day.
