Non-scale victory of the week!

work related this past week was just trash. which is why I chose •_• . Oh, non scale victory. I fit into some sized L clothing from 8 years ago. These past two years I’ve been wearing 2xL so that was great.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My nutrition was not on point. Sometimes stress can have me missing meals. I’ll have to work on that.

The warm weather is finally hitting, so I tried on all of my summer shirts from last year and all of them were too big!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The start of the this week, I’ve missed a couple of meals due to work hours and also didn’t meet my water goal of 80oz the past 4 days.

Getting back on track with eating at my designating times to make sure I’m getting all my meals/snacks in. Make sure I’m drinking 80oz of water everyday!

I didn not reach my goal of 2 exercises everyday for the week. But I did make sure to exercise everyday!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I came across some old pictures from 2 years ago, and didn’t realize just how much bigger I was then. I don’t realize it day to day because I feel like I still carry myself the same and still feel like that same person. But WOW there is such a difference. Also, hit my 80oz of water goal everyday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Normally I do two workouts a day, but this past week I got a little lazy and didn’t get up in the mornings when I should have to do my workout.

Crush my exercise goals for the entire work (2x a day). Intense in the morning, light in the evening. Continue drinking 80z of water a day. NO CHEATING!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m not sure last week Saturday morning I weighed in at 215. Now I’m at 221. Doesn’t make sense. I only had one bad day Sunday night. ONE DAY! I don’t understand why my weight increased so much.

To get rid of bloated & water weight. Continue exercising for at least 6 days out of the week. Continue with 80oz water intake. NO CHEAT DAYS!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The most challenging aspect of reaching my long-term weight loss goals would have to be meal prepping. Exercising is great but the taking the time to meal prep healthy meals is difficult.
