I came across some old pictures from 2 years ago, and didn’t realize just how much bigger I was then. I don’t realize it day to day because I feel like I still carry myself the same and still feel like that same person. But WOW there is such a difference. Also, hit my 80oz of water goal everyday.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Normally I do two workouts a day, but this past week I got a little lazy and didn’t get up in the mornings when I should have to do my workout.
