Non-scale victory of the week!

We just celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday and my fiance had been working late so we had more take out than I wanted. But I managed to stay healthy eating the rest of the time and drink enough water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I met my water goals and exercised at least a little bit every day.

I could've made healthier choices. Even if I'm meeting my calories goals I should be using the calories more wisely.
