The scale only went up, until the very last day; because I kept going, despite seeing no changes on the scale, I eventually lost weight!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have exercised more, though I accidentally walked a lot. And I could definitely have drank more water.

The fear of not being able to achieve it in the first place, as well as the fear of relapsing and then gaining even more weight, which is what brought me to this weight.
