I am mostly one size down in shirts! 2 sizes in dresses and my jeans are loose!!!!

nothing! water intake was good, kept under 2000 calories each day, exercised regularly. feeling very proud of myself

I’ve been vacationing and celebrated my bday so my diet has been filled with more cheat days than usual. I need to find the motivation to get back into healthy eating.
