co-workers have started asking me if I have been losing weight. yay!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to work on taking non work days more seriously with food intake. I tend to not track as well if I'm not at work.

get better sleep patterns and habits. stick to food goals on the weekend. don't be fooled by ice cream and pizza even if it's 100° out and that's all I want.
