Non-scale victory of the week!

I was over my goal by a few ounces yesterday so I stuck to water and made my goal this morning! i am still comfortable in a size 6, hoping to put in some work this month and get comfortable in a size 4. trying some healthier food options and my husband is on board too!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was in 2 other diet bets that I lost...and I had to push hard to meet my goal for this round. barely made it so I need to cut back on "cheat" meals and follow my diet plan.
