I was ready to weigh in this morning (I'm living in Turkey) and had to wait an extra hour because I forgot about the time change 😂
Excited to have made my goal (just waiting for confirmation) and yet glad to be done the challenge. It stresses me out a bit around weigh-in times.
It was a blast joining you all though, and a big shout out to those that were more active in posting! You made it more fun! I hope weigh-in goes well for you all, and more yet, that you continue to make healthy choices! Peace!

  • I am .2 away from round 6 goal. I am sure I will make goal and that gives me a wonderful sense of accomplishment. I don’t really see the 19 lb loss on my body but I feel it in my clothes and on the 2 mile walks with my neighbor’s dog. This has been a fun and informative group. Thank you all for the wonderful words of encouragement and sharing your journeys. It’s been a tough six months in so many ways, but coming out of it lighter has made a huge difference. Good luck to us all. I am on to my next transformer to work on the next 19.

  • Did you know that we officially as of today ONLY have 100 days left of 2020?

    So I’m determined to challenge myself to finish this year strong doing whatever it takes! Today I committed myself (again) to complete 100 workouts with mm100 and super trainer jerichomcmatthews

    1 down 99 to go!

    Don’t worry, I’m still going to finish my last three days of 80 day obsession and 7 days of my jump rope challenge! I’m also starting mbf next!

    So now I turn to you and ask how will you challenge yourself to finish 2020 strong? What do you commit to for the next 100 days? Drink more water? Meditate daily? Sleep more? Your challenge doesn’t have to be hard, but make a commitment to yourself and keep it! You won’t regret it. You deserve it.

    Remember small steps add up to big results! Tell me what are your plans for the next 100 days?

Has anyone experienced the phenomenon of doing more exercise and gaining weight? I feel much more physically fit playing tennis for an hour almost every day but it looks like I have gained almost 2% (going the wrong direction for the bet). I wasn’t tracking as seriously so I will go back to that but it has been exhausting tracking everything I eat since Jan (I’ve been dieting since then). Thanks all!

I hear you. This round isn't going so well for me so far. I've been more diligent in drinking water, and doing exercise daily, but I think I'm going to have to go back to calorie counting. There are some calorie counting games starting Monday on WayBetter app.

Thanks all for the comraderie and great tips! I think one thing I’ve realized is that this journey may take longer than the bet and that is OK. Also I measured today and my inches are the same so maybe I gained muscle? Either way, I’m seeking to improve my figure and remain healthy so happy to just keep going and see improvements even if super slow

I did so great the first 2 rounds and right after the 2nd weigh in I found out I was pregnant. I planned on canceling before the 3rd weigh in but 2 days before I found out the baby’s heart had stopped. It’s been such a hard year, I’ve lost some family members and the thought of another baby had been such a light. Working to find joy again and try to get my diet back from the setback. It was my third miscarriage. I never mind gaining weight for pregnancy, but gaining weight just for heartache is lousy.

  • New month means new goals!!! Let’s crush it! Wish I could share my video of me dying trying to finish 100 jumps but instead here is a collage including a picture of me mid jump for the jump rope challenge and a strawberry protein shake. Enjoy! Also I’m proud to say that I submitted an official weigh in today and I’m under the 10% goal weight. Let’s see how much more I can lose! We are finishing round 3 right? If I don't meet my goal for round 3 I might not win the round but I am not disqualified right? If I don't meet my goal weight in round 4 it would be a bigger issue, right?

When I thought I wasn’t going to win I did a water fast for a few days and it helped me get to where I needed to be. Just be careful and don’t overdue it when u fast at all.
