Win or lose, Congratulations to EVERYONE who participated! It's not easy taking the leap into a dietbet, but we all did it anyway. This proves that win or lose, we love ourselves, and we're putting in effort to change. Remember— 2lbs lost every month is 24lbs down in a year. 3lbs? 36 lbs. 4 lbs? 48 lbs in a year! Fast is always cool, but slow and steady STILL wins in life! Do NOT beat yourself up if you "only lost 2lbs". 2 lbs is NOTHING to sneeze at! 2 lbs is SUCCESS! 2lbs will turn into 4 next month which may turn in 10 or even 20 in three months. Every little bit counts in loving yourself and every little bit counts in taking care of yourself.

Lastly, please please remember to love yourself at EVERY size and weight. I don't care if your husband doesn't love you, I don't care if your mom or dad doesn't love you, and I don't care WHO criticizes you and your weight. Your life has purpose, you are worthy of love, and you ARE enough at 400lbs, 200lbs, or 100lbs. We should all strive to be healthier, yes, and this is not negotiable. But even if you don't lose the weight right now due to your own personal reasons, please know that you are beautiful and worthy of love and care just as much as any Victoria's Secret model is. Your life has purpose. You are enough. Your weight doesn't define you. You are still beautiful, pretty, fine, attractive and desirable no matter what. We should all strive for good health, but make sure that you're striving for a good and healthy self perception (which impacts your mental health), too.

  • Still waiting for my weight to be verified but I made it. This was my second diet bet and I’m glad I started doing these. I still have a long way to go but I’m proud of where I started. Thanks Felicia for hosting a great diet bet. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for you.

I’m so proud of myself. Working 12hr midnight shifts during covid crisis 4-5 days a week and having to commute an hour to my job really takes it’s toll on me. I have used this as an excuse to eat Fast food or restaurant delivery almost every night for dinner. For about 3 weeks now I’ve only ate out twice. Once chipotle and the other a salad from subway. On my lunch breaks I research and meal plan quick meals for a busy week. This is huge for me

I’m stuck.... I’ve been tracking macros and not going over. Drink a gallon of water a day. I haven’t been exercising but the number of cals I’m consuming shouldn’t need to exercise to lose ..... 😩 I may lose this diet bet cause I still have 4 lbs to go

Liz sodium was probably too high I like salt I’ve increased water and decreased salt a little and made weight as of this am just have to maintain til weigh in tomorrow
