I hope everyone is doing well so far! I hit my goal last round but had a "relapse" with fast food last week so now have some catching up to do. Does anyone else have what feels almost like an addiction to fast food? Any suggestions on what worked for you to cut it out for good? This week I meal prepped so am focused on staying on the right track, just don't want to go back to old habits.

You can also try buying the kid's size. Sometimes we just want the taste. Do be ashamed to get a happy


When I'm craving something bad to eat, I always try to look up the calorie/nutrition info. It usually shocks me into skipping it, because OMG that fast food has an incredible amount of fat and calories!!

I had made my goal last week with a couple Lbs extra but I’ve been on vacation this week at an All-Inclusive resort and I sabotage myself. Gained several Lbs back and didn’t make my goal weight after all!! 😩 Congratulations to all that meet your goal weight. Round 2 here I come!! 😊

It's hard to diet anytime, but nearly impossible when you're on vacation and everyone else is enjoying lots of great food!! You'll catch-up in no time and hit the Round 2 goal!!

I weighed in and usually I would give myself a splurge day and eat everything I want. I’m feeling so good with all the exercise I’m doing and eating much less I don’t feel like I need to splurge. Changing the way I’m eating is making a huge difference in how I feel.

That's so great! I'm slowly learning that food doesn't feel like the reward it used to. The "reward" is just feeling genuinely better when I eat healthy and take better care of myself. Nice job!


Good for you!!!! A splurge can be a healthy treat too, like a fresh fruit you wouldn't normally buy. I'm indulging in fresh figs!! Congrats on your success!!

Amanda that's so exciting!!! I haven't seen the number 1 in.....probably 8 to 10 years as well. I am 20 pounds away from that goal (hoping to end the six month challenge with this victory). Congratulations, that's such a huge, wonderful moment!!!

  • Weighed myself and no where near my first round goal 😭 but today I went 2.5 miles longer than yesterday In only 20 more minutes also! So that’s a #NSV even though losing weight would be a main goal I can’t focus on the negative
