Don’t give up. Even if you don’t make it some progress is better than none!

Yeah. I say keep going. One of my first weeks dieting I lost 6 pounds- prob mostly water weight however that works- but it can still catch you by surprise!!

Next week you’ll either be a couple pounds lighter, heavier, or you won’t change. Which will it be?

I love my Fitbit. I tested it against my Polar heart rate monitor and it was very close.

I have a good scale & weighed out portions. The scale & fitbit are the same when I log my food. Also I got a smart scale. Just cus you're not losing weight doesn't mean you're not losing fat or inches & gaining muscle. The smart scale helps me see that.

It can be water, muscle soreness anything. Don’t let it get you down

Don’t give up. Weight is always in flux. Focus on staying diligent to your exercise, hydration and nutrition. If you are in calorie deficit too long sometimes you will get stuck... give yourself and extra 50-100 calories for a couple days the hit it again. Good luck!

Got my butt handed to me yesterday. I went hard after my guilty weekend of super bowl foods (and drinks). My girlfriend Amber said, “You need to have a growth mindset, you got your a$$ kicked TODAY, but imagine a month from now!”

We are all so focused on the immediate results that we sometimes overlook that we need to give our bodies (and minds) time. How long did it take you to get to where you are now...give yourself adequate time to get to your goal...not a race :heart::heart:
