I did not succumb to my hubby’s sweet treats in the truck . I stayed on plan till I got sick and had to go to the hospital .

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I am a team driving truck driver with my husband so our food options are limited . we are home only 5 days per month and our truck is rolling 22 to 23 hours a day . this makes exercise challenging.
