I realized how important the diet bet is to me, I wasn’t in a game for a week and I had some stressful situations and I ate a metric ton and gained 5 pounds! So I’m joining another one or four!

I got a lot of walking in and I feel like that was a great non-scale victory! I move my body almost had a perfect week on my Apple Watch.

I could’ve made better food choices, I did not stick to my plan, and I gave into the temptation of the camp, cafeteria food, and a bag of Oreos

I am a team driving truck driver with my husband so our food options are limited . we are home only 5 days per month and our truck is rolling 22 to 23 hours a day . this makes exercise challenging.
