resisted temptation at a party but it was easier than I thought!

Keep on avoiding alcohol at all costs and to stay on track with my food. I also want to run again this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started off yesterday wanting to throw in a towel after a 2 day binge but I recovered by my next meal!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not let the stress get to me as much. I thought I deserved a drink because my daughter was insane that day, but then it spiraled!

I would like to drink at least 80 fl oz of water a day and also get back in the habit of tracking food. I would also like to find some time for myself to exercise which has been hard lately as I am a mother of a very clingy 2 year old!
