was able to wear a bra that was to small when I started the diet bet. my clothes feel better, and I have more physical energy, my joints hurt less

ive been able to eat within my calorie goals. I’m banking it’s cause the matcha collegen drink mid morning after my high protein breakfast. keeps me full longer.
