Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate my own food from home even when everyone else ate what was brought in for us. I tracked my food every day.

Did not drink any Coke. I ate from home except for my birthday weekend.

It was my birthday this weekend so I drank alcohol and ate higher calorie foods.
