So I didn’t win this round. In fact, my weight went up this weigh in. It’s so hard. One meal becomes one day becomes one week. You all know the drill. Ugh. But I am not going to give up. Had an exciting day today going through my closet lol. I tried on tons of clothes I'd forgotten I even had. I am fitting back into clothes I haven't worn in at least a year, and some that I have never worn at all because I bought them in the hope that I would be able to wear them at some point. I still have more that I plan to be into by the end of this game! And I'm now below my goal weight for this month - woohoo!

  • Hung out with 2 meals today and drank me up some H2O. I only ordered at one place and made the other my convo spot. I’ve been dry for over 2 months and didn’t even want for liquor. Small wins for the weekend

I had already made my weight for this month so I backed off counting calories. You guest it, I added three pounds back on so its back to logging everything. Hope to make weight for this month.

I have 12 pounds to go, and I do not think I am going to win this round. I also lost last round. I feel like such a failure but I cannot quit. I refuse to.

You’re absolutely not a failure and your “won’t quit” attitude is proof! I have spent 7 years telling myself I’ll get around to losing weight…it’s only a few pounds. Now, I have to lose 50 lbs to even be considered healthy weight for my height and age. I’m really mad at myself for allowing 7 years to turn from 5 lbs to 50. But, I did, and I’m here now. Just like you’re here. We’ve already won just by trying.

  • Its very hard for me to stay motivated. I know, i know. Don't look to often at the scale. But every day i get the same weight. Since 8 days. I eat well and i am active. I need help. I think about a fatburner to help my metobolism a little. Do you have any advice for me?

Same way. Lost a lot last month, so my body is hanging on to the pounds right now to see if I’m still losing or going to give up. Trying hard to convince it I’m not giving up so it will release the pounds already. Bodies are frustrating sometimes.

I also use the 2B mindset by Ilana Muhlstein. Her “plate it” guidelines are so practical and guide all my meals. Water and sleep are super important. And Ilana is a big fan of weighing every day so that you are really in touch with how you’re eating affects you.
Also-check for sneaky salt. For example, one can of marinara sauce can have 600g of sodium and another only 180....makes a big difference! And deli meats have a lot of salt too. I find that my weight is very sensitive to my salt intake.

Finally did my weigh in today and turns out I gained everything I lost in the last transformer and then some. Winter depression definitely not working in my favor. Ready to get over this hump.
