  • I tend to really expand out my salad and throw something like chickpeas or quinoa in for protein but the big bowl helps me feel full

I do zig zag calorie counting so between 1200 and 1800

Although calorie intake for each person is different, no woman should eat less that 1400 calories a day. That is the minimum needed to maintain sufficient energy requirements for your brain to function at full potential.

Unless you weigh less than 46kg's... which I doubt anyone would be on DB for.

Use a calorie calculator to calculate maintenace level, then reduce calorie intake by 10-20% (20% the absolute maximum, but 10% is better for longterm loss).

You have to lose 6% of your initial weigh-in to qualify for round 6, or else they disqualify you. If you pay round by round, you can drop out at any time and only lose the amount you lost in the last round you played. If you paid everything upfront, I would stay in the game and try to see it to the end, because they will not refund you the money in rounds you didn't play.

Um halfway in and lost a whole .1 lbs as of this a.m. I am on the verge of throwing in the towel. At least I'm still getting in my steps. And at least it is t going up but I'm kinda wasting my money if I cant lose. 😒

Breakfast is my biggest struggle! I despise cold cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. When I’m working I don’t normally eat breakfast. It’s grab a cup of coffee and go as I have an hour and 15 minute drive to work, but I’ve been off for a while so have been eating breakfast most mornings instead of just the weekends. Breakfast has always been meat, potatoes, and eggs or biscuits and gravy. I need suggestions that don’t include cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, or avocado
