  • Just want to share this gross sweaty selfie as a reminder to myself that walking can be a great workout! I’ve felt so weak since surgery, but I splurged on a treadmill to be able to workout in the morning again before I can get back to Beachbody workouts, and it killed me this morning! Sweat was dripping into my eyeballs even at a moderate pace. Definitely happy to have my routine back and still work up a sweat while letting my body heal! 🙌????

  • OMGoodness these were DELICIOUS!! I turned the 2BMindset Breakfast Brownie recipe into waffles! Who would have ever thought a Healthy Breakfast could taste SO good?? ♥💪???? Thank you Ilana Muhlstein!!♥ I made the cheesecake topping on the side. They're also good with whipped cream or plain Greek Yogurt with a few drops of Stevia and some vanilla.

  • I love to cook and be creative lol I am vegan so veggies most is wonderful! I struggled with water at first but now I am a drinking water fool! (It used to be a wine drinking fool!! LOL when this challenge is over I am gonna have a big glass of Chardonnay 😂) I’m finishing the last week and a half of 9wcf and I love it! I think barre and yoga next!!! I want to get more flexible! Plus I want/need calmness in my life! Haven’t had that in two years since the in-laws moved in the guest house! Whole other story! LOL I am enjoying reading everyone’s post!! Y’all are the best and don’t forget that!! Woohoo!! Dinner was spaghetti squash beyond meat with spicy pasta sauce eggplant and green bell pepper!!!! The portion looks huge! But I eat half and then take the rest to work! Happy last 59 minutes of hump day!!

Feeling so proud of myself!! My last bet did not go well, and I had abdominal surgery two months ago so my body has been all out of wack. I haven’t been able to work out much at all, and my digestive system has been a mess regardless of what I eat. I was stuck in the same two pounds for all of March, but with this bet I’m already down over SIX POUNDS, INCLUDING a full pound on the first day of my time of the month which is usually a huge gain week for me. So grateful for consistency and programs like this to motivate me. 🙌

  • Breakfast today, and more for tomorrow. Waffles baked in a silicone waffle sheet made of bananas, ground oats, Greek yoghurt, whipped egg whites, swerve, stevia, and extracts. (Plus the usual baking soda/powder/salt) I topped it with Greek yoghurt whipped with sugar free syrup, stevia, and vanilla plus some banana slices. My 4 year old went bonkers for it. (For the basic recipe you can Google BAM cake or Bust A Myth Banana cake, just sub out sweeteners to taste)
