  • In LOVE with my Cajun crust Cloud Bread Pizza! 😍😍

    And I didn’t even use sauce or cheese! 😂 (The sauce was accidental but the cheese omission was intentional)

    I topped it with spinach, mushroom, bell pepper and plant-based pepperoni.

    AMAAAAAAAZING. Whole pizza just for me. 🙌

  • Wanted to share my delicious dessert pizza with all of you!

    It’s 2B Cloud Bread topped with vegan chocolate Shakeology and crumbled peanut butter protein cereal. Absolutely delicious!

    I’ve already got so many variations to try in my head. 😋😁

@cynthia absolutely. I’m a volume eater for sure. But even with how big it is, it is very light to me- didn’t leave me feeling heavy.

  • Feelin’ peachy today!

    Protein cauli-oats for breakfast. 🍑

    Protein powder
    Egg whites
    Cauliflower rice

What’s the recipe?! Not sure about how I would add the egg whites.

You don’t taste the whites at all!

Here’s what I did:
1.5-2 cups cauliflower rice
1/2c oats
6 TBSP egg whites
Touch of xanthin gum
1 scoop protein powder
1 peach
14g walnut pieces

I microwaved the rice for about 3 minutes first.

Then added in the oats, whites, xanthin, cinnamon, 9 or so ounces of water and microwave for another 5 minutes or so.

Then stirred in a scoop of protein powder and topped with peaches and walnuts. :relaxed:

  • Found these at Target today! Super excited to try them! Ilana always posts about them on IG. I think they count as an FFC but I’ll have to check the label. I was too excited and just threw them in my cart! Either way, healthier mac n cheese for my kiddo at least! Hope it’s good!

I just tried the shella good and best name because it was!! I don’t think they count as an FFC though because for that don’t the cals need to be 150 or less. Had enough protein and fiber to be but too many cals right? I ate it cuz my tummy was upset and only thing that sounded good tonight.

Quick tip for eating out. I was at a restaurant and they didn’t offer lettuce wrapped burgers because they don’t have large enough pieces of lettuce. So I asked them to bring me a burger without the bun and with a bunch of extra lettuce. I turned it into a burger salad! Plus I swapped the side of fries for an actual side salad. Super happy with my choices!

I still do not understand why more restaurants who feature burgers haven’t put a burger salad on their menu. It’s freaking delicious, and a great alternative for those what was a low carb option.

  • Recreated this roasted veggie sandwich I got for lunch last week. So good and satisfying.

    Eggplant, roasted red pepper, red onion, portobello mushroom, arugula, little pesto and goat cheese on sourdough!

    A must try

  • Day 15 win: ran an 80s 5K! First time I’ve run a 5K since 2018. Finished in just under 40 minutes. Very proud of myself!

Hello lovely ladies! I wanted to share that I went to Las Vegas for a couple of days with a group of girlfriends and I could not believe that I LOST weight on this trip!! This has never happened and I truly enjoyed myself just by making better choices and drinking all the water. This was a huge deal for me!

  • Roasted chicken with balsamic glaze and roasted cauliflower for dinner along with a zevia. Up to 175oz of water today and definitely going to push it to 200oz
