Weekends are the hardest for me to stay on track. I just saw a post where someone said that when it comes to snacks or treats, if it’s not a heck yes then it’s a no. Any other tips for the weekend?

I continuously fail so I think next weekend, I am going to find other ladies in my friend group and schedule walks throughout the day to keep me away from eating!!

  • Dinner last night. Hubby says I could lose even more weight if I gave up ketchup! I didn’t eat all of it so I am trying to cut down on that addiction! Haha

Yea ketchup is good on so many things but lots of sugar. I try to just stick homemade dressings or sauces from Instant Loss. I definitely love to load Ketchup as well!

Eat the ketchup, there are some healthier ones with less sugar if you want to put some moderation on it. Put that size portion is not that bad and it is keeping you happy and motivated!

  • Some of you may already know, I teach a cooking class to elementary kiddos on Thursdays and Fridays after school. Most of the kids love what we make and this week was no exception. We made ratatouille, which is a French peasant dish of tomato, bell peppers, squash and eggplant. They did an amazing job and only 1-3 kids decided they didn’t like it!

Okay, I promised myself that after 2 games I would finally post something, so here goes... I’m down 29lbs thanks to the encouragement of the people in these games. I’m glad to see some familiar names in this game! My goal is to be more active in posting rather than feel like I’m stalking everyone else 😂
