  • GOODMORNING ALL!

I know the DietBet is coming to an end but DONT let yourself fizzle out! Remember this DietBet was to help give you a kickstart. Not a start and end. I encourage you to keep up with the healthy habits you’ve developed and come back to my next game even farther along in your journey!!!!

This journey is HARD. The hardest. But the only way you won’t succeed is if you give up. Where could you be a year from today if you just kept going. Despite the INEVITABLE “slip ups” or days you skip your workout. Think big picture. 365 days. How many more days are you going to let go by?

My next DietBet will be in January. The start of a new year. After such a horrible year, I think it’ll be a much needed refresher. But don’t let the rest of this year go by just “waiting until the new year” Think of how much progress you can make in just a few months!

Set yourself up for success with meal planning, planning your workouts, self care, and constantly reminding yourself that no matter what happens...you are DONE quitting

Comment below 2 healthy habits you want to keep consistent with! I will choose 2 people to each win $50 PayPal cash!

Hi everyone!!!!!

So after some feedback I made a Facebook group for anyone who wants to have some post DietBet support from one another! I won’t be super active in there but it’s just for anyone who wants to stay in touch! You’ll be asked a secret word to join and that word is: PEANUT

Search “Feliciafitnesshealth post DietBet support group” on Facebook

I was also thinking about a way we can be more connected in future DietBet’s since this app isn’t the most user friendly. I was thinking either a private instagram or private Facebook page. That way I can post videos, I can do motivational LIVES, respond to individual comments, etc. Which platform (Facebook or IG) would you prefer? Just looking for some feedback!💞

5 DAYS LEFT!!!!!!! I see some of your hitting you’re goal and some of you (like me) that aren’t quiet there yet! DONT STOP. Even if you know you won’t hit that goal... that doesn’t mean you just give up now. Keep going. Keep pushing to get closer and closer to you END GOAL! This 4 week challenge was meant to push you, to help you along on your journey....not be the reason you quit if you don’t hit the goal.

This journey is SO MUCH MORE than the number. It’s the mental aspect. That “all or nothing” mentality. It does NOT have to be all or nothing. You’ll get stuck in that same cycle forever. If you went out to eat and didn’t pick the “healthiest” choice.... OK! Enjoy and move onto the next day or meal.

The ONLY WAY YOU WILL FAIL IS IF YOU QUIT. Read that again. YOU are the only one standing in your way. The excuses that build up everytime you eat something off plan or skip a workout. Throw out the excuses and self doubt and just. keep. going

Hit goal this morning! Now to keep it going until final weigh-in!!

@Kelly G: being a caregiver for 2 family members after surgery is VERY high-stress! You'll make your goal eventually, even if not this week.

I would say either my Adventure to Fit Pre-workout like Rachel said, or the Alani Nu Rainbow Candy.

Reading everyone’s “why” had me so emotional! I also just want to let everyone know how proud I am of you. The scale won’t budge for me right now either but I’m not going to fret it because 1) I’m doing everything I need to be doing for my health and my body 2) My hormones are all whacked out from stopping nursing. Started my first period since before I was pregnant with Jax and it’s lasting weeks. So I know I’m bloated. But regardless of anything going on I’m still pushing myself and doing the absolute best I can WITHOUT restricting and always remembering this that journey is FOREVER!

I really need some water accountability today to help get rid of this bloat. Let’s do a water post. My goal is 200 oz. I’m at about 80 right now! Comment below and check in the rest of the day. I’ll pick 2 people to win an iron flask of their choice! I chugged a bunch of water with lunch and it really does help keep me so full 🙌????

  • We are getting closer to the end and it’s so crazy to me how fast this went!!!!! Remember EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU should be so dang proud of yourself.

As we are getting closer to the end I want you to keep your “why” in mind. Why are you doing this? What drives you? I want to hear everyone’s “why”

Post here in the comments (or make a separate post) what your “WHY” is. WHY do you want to lose the weight/get healthy? What drives you? My why is always my babies. Losing weight has allowed me to be the absolute best, most active mom that I can be. And that means the world. I wanted to be healthy, but I also wanted to be happy. Keep your why close by. Whenever you feel discouraged always think of WHY you started in the first place.

I will be picking 2 people to each win $50 PayPal cash 💘

  • Second 40oz of these, plus six cups of coffee, an espresso and the night is young.

  • I missed this yesterday but I’m still going to post. This is my why....Me. I know that sounds cheesy, but I want to be the best I can possibly be. I want to carry children someday, I want to live a long life, and most of all I want to be happy. For the last couple years I got comfortable in my relationship and didn’t care anymore. I’m starting to love myself again and be more confident. I’m doing this for me. I am my why.

  • So if you were in my previous DietBet you’ll remember when I talked about starting to think about your “reward” for finishing this game! Yes, I said finishing, not winning. Remember that no matter how much you loose, no matter if you hit the 4 week goal, you are still a winner. You joined. You challenged yourself. You hopefully made yourself better physically and mentally.

So when the game is over, I know a lot of people like to celebrate with food! Which is A OK WITH ME!!!! In moderation of course! Enjoy and move on!!! But I would love to encourage some non food related rewards as well! When this game is over I do NOT want you to think “ah I’m done! Free for all!!!!!” And go back to old habits . I want you to start finding other ways to treat yourself.

    Examples:

    A new workout outfit
    New shoes
A new piece to your wardrobe
    Nail day
    New hair style
    Apple Watch/ fit bit
    Etc

Comment below a non food related reward youre planning for yourself! I will pick 4 winners to give $50 PayPal cash to go towards that!💓

  • For over a year I’ve had to have a custom brace on my left leg and use a walker. There are days I can’t even stand up. I’m scheduled for an orthopedic surgeon appointment next Wednesday to discuss having a knee replacement. I was told a year and a half ago not to exercise because I have no Cartlidge in my knee full of arthritis and hairline fractures. But since I am less a week away from my appointment I just decided I’m doing this. Talk to my regular doctor she said be extremely careful and only for a short amount of time. 12 minutes might not seem a lot to anybody but given the fact I can hardly stand and have to hold onto the handrails on the treadmill I’ll take it. Now I’m going to go take us seriously hot bath with Epson salt because I’m already feeling it in my knee.
