Is anyone else on here doing Keto? What are you go to easy every day meals that you could eat over and over again?

I make seaweed salad and have it as a side with meals. I also like to make miso soup without the tofu. And I like steak grilled in my little handy grill, have half an avocado, green salad, and a small keto bread which is made of almond flour, egg, and savory flavoring (from a mix of chives, dried mushroom powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper).

I'm doing paleo, which is kind of a sister to keto. I eat a lot of avocado, actually. I steamed up a big bag of broccoli, cooked a few turkey burgers (use regular if you prefer) and half an avocado each for a meal. I take that to work. I also sprinkle it with 'everything but the bagel' seasoning.
Mornings are always eggs with whatever leftover veg I have around. Salads, too. My partner has a lot of caesar salad on keto. He adds crumbled bacon.

Went for a walk yesterday - after 6 blocks at a fast pace I was so winded... today I decided to hop on YouTube and try a low impact cardio workout... oh man, I knew I was out of shape but the video had exercises in 40 second bursts... 3 to 4 in and I realized HOW out of shape I am and how sore I'm going to be tmr. HOWEVER I did damage it thru the whole 30 minute video. Yes I was slow, and yes I did have to take a few extra breaks but I made it thru and its a starting point to go forward. I spent 20 of the 30 mins swearing at the TV but thats okay too. I feel better for having made it to the end and know I'll feel it tmr.

What are your favorite scales? My old one used more information such as body mass and water weight to calculate actual weight lost as opposed to hey you lost two pounds taking a dump. My new one is cheap and I feel like it’s not as accurate.

  • Finally starting to FEEL better when I run. I’ve run inconsistently since last August, and started cleaning up my diet on June 1st. The DietBet was what I needed to kick the snacking, though, and I’m happy to be seeing an improvement in how I feel!

If someone doesn't meet the goal in a given month, does the next month goal adjust to current weight, or does it still progress at x% of starting weight per month?
