Non-scale victory of the week!

I managed to accomplish a lot even though I was in pain.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I took too long to start moving in the mornings. Starting off on the right foot always seems to help me set a good tone for the rest of the day.

Long-term goal weight

145 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

my husband has ulcerative colitis which means he cannot eat vegetables. my daughter has a ton of food allergies so her food has limitations as well (no chicken, watermelon, onions, etc.) It’s very stressful finding healthy ways to cook for all of us. Usually I add more meat or starches for the family and more veggies for me but grocery shopping in general gives me anxiety because I have to read a ton of labels to avoid buying things that could hurt my family. On top of that, I injured myself a few years ago and now I walk slower and can only do exercises that are low impact to avoid further pain. It’s been hard trying to adjust to this new lifestyle.
