    I wanted to share that I just completed the Nutrient Optimiser Masterclass from Marty Kendall. You can check it out at The goal here is to maximize the nutrients you eat each day. You track your food intake with Cronometer and then use the Nutrient Optimiser app to see your daily nutrient score. I lost about 7 lbs during the 6 week class. This may not sound like a lot but I don’t have a lot of weight left to lose. Maximizing your nutrients and increasing your protein intake as recommended by the program will really help with your cravings. I highly recommend it and have continued eating to maximize nutrients since the class ended. The next class starts on Nov 7, 2020 if you are interested.

I believe it was $60. It was totally worth it. I learned a lot of new info on nutrition and it never really occurred to me to eat for nutrients. I was always thinking about weight. When you give your body the nutrients you want the hunger signals decrease. Really nice group and people.

  • Had pizza for dinner yesterday so compensating with a healthy lunch to get back on track: eggplant BLT with corn. The tomatoes are so goooood.

I never used to cook eggplant but I am trying to branch out a bit in terms of stuff I cook! Thai eggplant curry sounds amazing, Yvonne! I might have to try that one next. Do you put tofu in it?
