EL POLLO LOCO you can order a chicken breast a la carte cut up, the loco salad no dressing. Then put the cut up chicken in the salad, smother with their salsa, pico de gallo, and extra cilantro and cut up jalapeños... You don't have to suffer if fast food cravings kick in. Remember we have to make this a lifestyle so don't think you HAVE to give them up. Weight watchers has a great book out about fast food eating and their nutritional values and stats. We just have to be careful of sodium. Put a Crystal light in your car/purse (my fav) is raspberry lemonade. I use 1/2 packet in my 16 oz. water when I have that sweet soda craving. You can also add a little to some sparkling water if you want that carbonation. I personally can do without. Good Luck Sarah! We can do this.. I like my fast food too!

Those dreaded fast food cravings and if it is the absolute down fall for you then it's ok. My body builder friend says there is something most places: Carls Jr. is my favorite. I get the Santa Fe chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped, no sauce, add extra chili strip, jalapeno and tomato. Very filling and super yummy. You can also go through the drive through and just ask for 1 plain chicken breast with a chili strip. If you want the bread, which is wheat bun, then eat only the bottom bun. JACK in the Box has a great Chicken Fajita Pita; McDonalds Egg Mc Muffin with 2 egg whites instead of the whole egg is a great Weight Watchers winner. You do have to wait 6 minutes for the 2 egg whites but they are real eggs and they do not put any butter on the bread.
