Anyone else in here suffering from stress eating? Or depression eating?
Because I honestly am.
I’m 31% away from goal and I’m just stress eating due to work and idk what to do.

My job is so stressful right now and I've found it helpful to plan when I'm going to go outside for my jog/walk. When I get back home I feel much better and more in control of my eating. Try it and see if it works for you!

Thank you all for your input. I try to drink enough water brought a second water bottle to leave a work, sometimes eating just doesn’t happen when it gets too busy. And there are days I work 12 hour shift and exhausted but I workout every morning to have some me time before all the crazy starts.

303, 303, 303...I have been 303 for almost 2 years after losing 70 pound with DietBet. So this year went up to 319, joined one and lost to 306. Joined this one, they used my weight from previous but I had gained 2 pounds already. So this one I have lost 29% back to 303, 303, 303... ugh beginning to think there is no other number that exists.

I finally kicked it into high gear after a really slow start to this DietBet. Only 24% to goal. Any other slow starters? We have 11 days left, hoping to stay strong and finish as close to goal as possible.

I actually gained weight and had a bigger of a time getting to my original weight. We were like 12 days in before I got to my starting weight

I don’t restrict myself calorie wise. I follow a 100% plant based lifestyle so I never go around feeling so hungry I could eat everything but the kitchen sink. I pre-plan what options I have for meals and snacks that week so I always have options. I am however a huge fan of a date filled with peanut butter and a cup of fresh soy Chai :heart_eyes:

@Ruth I’m in Medical, high stress. I can take lunch whenever I want. But yeah, could use more sleep. That’s actually my weekly goal this week.

  • So I sabotaged myself this week,,, Ate good during the day and at night let myself give into cravings.. I gained a couple pounds but today back down to my starting weight... so I am not going to sabotage myself for the next three weeks. Here is my Affirmation: I am going to stick to my effort Goals:Drink all my waters and prep my veggies so I can eat healthy during the day and night...I can do this.....

Make sure you aren't under eating during the day and enjoy yourself a little at each meal so you don't feel the pressure to blow it off at night.

Hi everyone! I need to be honest. I was so strong the first couple days, but for the last two days I have been dealing with severe depression. At first I thought it was just female stuff, but yesterday was really rough. Beyond anything hormonal. I’m sorry this is so heavy and maybe TMI. I am trying to stay mentally strong, but if I’m honest, I would really appreciate some reinforcement. I know this feeling will pass, but today is heavy. Thanks so much for being so incredible. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

These are incredibly trying times and however you're feeling is totally valid. So far you have gotten through 100% of your hardest days, you're strong and capable and you will get through this. Just remember to be kind to yourself. Your worth is not determined by your reflection, imposed perfection, a number, or your productivity, you are worthy simply because you are you.

I hope that tomorrow is a better day for you, but no matter what know that you are not alone.

Think of it as self care and make time to have the healthy things that you really enjoy. I totally have favorite salads even if it means takeout from a cafe. Also, it can be easier than you think, boiled eggs and cucumber is so simple if you just aren't up for cooking one day
