I don't like the way that I look in pictures and feel too heavy. Have also begun pre-menopausal symptoms. I have always been very active and have participated in sports like swimming, cycling, tae kwon do, and skiing. I want to be at 140 or less.

Not so good. I did not exercise that much this past week and did not even walk very much. I also drink some soda.

A non Scale victory this week was that I rode my bike after work which i normally don’t and went for 11 miles. I usually ride in the am but have not recently because i have to be at work early in the am

I went for several long bike rides that were at least 18 miles each in length and enjoyed the summer sunshine.
