  • I did it! My goal with this diet bet was to get these old jeans from high school (and pre kids) zipped and buttoned!
    YES! So proud of my work and sticking to it even on weekends when I wanted to binge!!
    For the first time in a long time I have control over my cravings and I’m making thoughtful decisions about my food.

  • The best way to check your progress is really truly by taking photos! I didn't realize my body glad changed so much in only 3 months until I compared the photos. I'm SO PROUD!! I hope you guys are seeing the difference you wanted to see, be it energy levels, body size, healthy habits, whatever! Keep it up, you got this!!

  • My weight since January. This is not how I intended 2020 to go, but I am thankful that I have been able to reverse the trend with this bet. I also joined a Transformer to keep going! It is slow but I am doing my best. That is all I can do and I see that I WILL get there. Slow and steady!

Feeling so bummed this morning. I’ve been laser focus and so good, even cutting the FFC at lunch and drinking all the water (almost 4L yesterday)....finished diner early and went for an hour walked the last 3 days.

Gained 1.4lbs 😢

i’m now at 4.7 from goal...I don’t see how it’s gonna happen.

Argh.

I need some motivation, as of Friday I was 2 lbs from my goal. Then I enjoyed my weekend a little too much and started my period. I know it’s all reversible but those last two pounds have been so hard and now I’m a few past that. Ugh, not sure I’m gonna make it 😐

Try weighing yourself before and after sweating. Gauge water intake by the amount of weight you loose.

Today was rough. My son left on vacation with his Dad today for 12 days and depression hit out of nowhere and back to the poor eating choices. I did fine til lunch and then ate all the things. Trying to hit restart and find something else to make me feel better. Getting up early tomorrow for a long run and starting on a water fast tmw morning. Hopefully all is not lost.

I have consumed only vegetables and water for the past 2 days but my weight has stayed the same. I’m drinking my 8 glasses of water and I bike everyday for an hour up and down hill at the least. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, I’m not really consuming salt because I’m adding seasoning myself to the vegetables.

Remember the suggested water intake of half our body weight in ounces is the bare minimum. Bust out more water!! How is your :poop:? You might need to throw in some FFCs also. Look at your tracker and change one thing each day until you figure it out We are all different so it’s hard for us to compare.

My water intake is almost half my weight in oz but I will ramp up significantly! That’s one thing I haven’t tried is to up my water, I have not had FFCs the past 3 days so I’m going to try that too. Bowels are inconsistent but I think water and FFCs hopefully should help with that. Thank you Jeanie!
