i told a room of family that i was not eating a donut.

not taken seconds on the food that wasnt good for me.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

no gluten, limites dairy, very limited sugar and 16 hour fasting every day. excersize every day. yoga, kettle bell and walking .(15 minutes yoga, 10 minutes kettle bell and at least 20 minutes of walking. i expect a new mattress and frame this week to help with my sleep! I plan to journal at least a few times.
