Less than a pound is totally doable! Go for it! If first thing in the morning you're not at goal, go for a long walk or do some sort of exercise without drinking any water and try again.

I know that losing 4% (5.6 lbs in my case) isn't that impressive, but I haven't been at my current weight for at least 5 years!

I gained a lot of weight after having bouts of stress, anxiety and depression, where I would binge as a coping mechanism. I recently also lost my dad back on February 22nd 6:35 a.m. (interstitial lung disease) and surprisingly what happened was the exact opposite of what I thought would: I have a history of depression and I thought that I would be so inconsolable to the point where I would shut inside my room with a big vat of ice-cream, as I usually did when I was depressed. Instead, I found a new zeal for life. I want to keep going and fighting even if my dad's not here to see it.

I started at 141.2 lbs and am currently at 135.5 lbs. My personal goal is to be 120 lbs or below. This is what I was before I got really depressed and gained all the weight. That was many, many years ago...

This is my first bet, and I'm still waiting to have my pictures approved. And even though this bet is over, it's just the start of my journey.

My dad suggested for me to do 30 jumping jacks before bed... like RIGHT before laying down, have a glass of cold water. If you have a fitbit push yourself to do an extra 2000 steps each day :heart: good luck!!! You got this :blush:

I believe in you! You can still drop those unwanted pounds. You’ve come so far. Keep going! Get that water into you like it’s your JOB! Eat lots of veggies to stay full and satisfied. If I can do this, you can too!!!

Christin - I bought it. Can't remember the brand (tan box) but it only has cauliflower and some cheese in it. The brand also makes an Italian seasoned and red pepper crust too. Other brands looked more like crust but also had rice flour.
