What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I have tumors on the bottoms of both feet, so standing for more than a few minutes is very painful. I'm trying to find some workouts where I am not on my feet. I'm thinking floor exercises and chair exercises might help. I can't walk or ride a bike, and all of the other cardio machines I could use are at the gym which I can't access. I'm struggling.
