Non-scale victory of the week!

I counted calories and started doing Flo workouts to change it up. it’s nice because I allow myself 30 minutes of exercise and get to listen to music again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I did okay- I’ve been sticking to my calorie deficit and have been working out. I could be eating even healthier but I’m trying to find a realistic and sustainable balance.
