Non-scale victory of the week!

I have increased my steps and made my goal of 8k three times this week. I had been having trouble walking for the last 6 months.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I coud have done better with water intake and tracking my food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I exercised 5 times last week which was a huge improvement. I am still struggling to meet my step goals but will keep trying. Also plan to increase goal once I meet my 8k a day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food choices could have been better. I let being on vacation being on excuse to make bad choices. I also could plan meals better to increase nutritional value.

Exercise 5x totaling 150 minutes at least. Sleep 7 hour a night even if working, drink 6 bottles of water 96 oz or more.

Fit into pants comfortably that were barely fitting when I bought them.

I would like to exercise 5 days per week minimum of 30 min x2 and 45 min x3. I will eat clean high protein low carb, 3 meals and 2 protein shakes between meals. This has been at long time goal but I feel with the right motivation and support I can succeed.
