    1 thing I’m proud of: sticking to healthy eating and my water even though I am sick. Water tastes so gross when you’re sick lol but I swear it’s what has helped me recover faster!

    1 thing I want to do differently this week: Move my body even when I can’t get to the gym. Walk each day with my kiddos! Beautiful weather, no excuses!

    My goals for this week are to STICK TO MY MEAL PLAN to the T! And to get my butt to the gym every day that I can (working around husbands work schedule) and to do AT LEAST 20 minutes of cardio along with my lifting. Since in maintenance I’ve usually just been doing 10 minutes but I really want to get leaner for this photoshoot so I’m going to push myself this month!

I’m down 2.7 lbs! This past week I stayed within my points most days but dipped into my weeklies a few days. My goal this week is to stay within my points as strictly as possible and to drink more water!

One thing that went well was my run friday night. It's cold but I brought both of my kids. My three year old held my hand. I teared up. My 9 year old who gained a little ran with me too and didnt stop even though I knew he was struggling. We then weighed ourselves sunday and figured out how much water we all need to drink to help our bodies. This is turning in to a family thing this time which makes me more accountable because I'm on stage with the biggest audience ever!

  • THE GAME HAS STARTED! OMG. I am so pumped and ready for this and I hope everyone else is too! I am going to kick things off by introducing myself for anyone here who doesn’t know me

    My name is Felicia Keathley and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys! 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds at my absolute rock bottom. I felt like I had tried SO many things to lose weight but would always end up quitting. I was at the point where I wanted to get weight loss surgery but my insurance needed proof of a failed weight loss program. So that’s why I joined WW (weight watchers) basically just expecting to fail. 3 years later here I am! Down 145 pounds naturally with WW and exercise

    I truly believe I was put on this earth to share my story and help others not only lose weight but change their mindset to be able to keep the weight off. So like I say all the time, YES this is a weight loss challenge, I also want you to dig deep and focus on all the other aspects that come along with weight loss. NO MORE all or nothing mentality. NO MORE quitting after one night out. This is forever. And I am here to help.

I am ready for this to kickstart me back to my goal weights 157 is the area I feel most comfortable at chasing after my two young boys! Quarantine has been a little tough on healthy habits - gonna use this time to focus on restarting those and other healthy routines

I agree. Pre plan. I pre track dinners so I can enjoy whatever my family is having. Tonight it’s wings for football watching. Pre tracked. Now I just build the rest of my day around it. You got this!

Meal prep through it! If your meals are already made, it takes so much off your mind. Just grab and eat. Decide that your "why" is top priority and follow through. You got this!

    3 days in a row for me back on track, I made some costly decisions over the weekend with my diet so I just wanted to report that I turned it around and a reminder that YOU CAN TO! Even if there is no way you will win, do us all a favor and fight until the end.

    I'm committing to ALL COOKED MEALS THIS WEEKEND AT HOME, and HIKING EVERYDAY STARTING TODAY! What are your guys commitments for the weekend? Drop me a comment below.

    I will be doing the challenge below.. I will be attempting the jumping jacks and jump ropes. I have not done these movements since pre surgery so we will see how it goes. I’m thankful for this group. I had a terrible weekend with eating way too many bad foods. Cookies, bread, you name it, I ate it. I told myself this week I would snap back. I gained most of what I had lost since the beginning of the dietbet over the weekend and it depressed me when I weighed myself yesterday. I didnt eat great yesterday but it wasn’t like the weekend. I’m getting back on track and today has been on point so far. Looking forward to the rest of the week. Thank you all for the motivation!

One bad meal won’t kill your entire weight loss. Since you ate food high in carbs your body is retaining water. Enjoy one or the other. Depriving yourself only makes you want more. Or 1/2 the cookie and 1/2 the bread

  • Challenge 4 to be done over the next two days!

    Logging/tracking all food. For some of you this maybe extremely easy because you already track religiously but for those of you that don’t.. this one is for you. You can use an app or old school paper & pencil but let’s keep track of everything we consume for the next two days.

    Hit a minimum of 10k steps. Again for some this might be easy but I know some of the players in this game need motivation to but that 10k so let’s make sure we get to that goal two days in a row.

    Lastly, water intake is so crucial for your weightloss success. It allows your body to literally flush your system. I drink 1 gallon a day. I’m challenging you all to drink 1 gallon both days. 128 Oz.

    Do your best to complete all parts of this challenge and report back in the comments on Friday on how you did. Which part of this will be the most challenging for you? For me personally it’s going to be tracking but I’m ready to plug everything into myfitnesspal.

Hi all and happy Wednesday!
Quick reminder you have a step goal to meet today and if you have not done the workout challenge yet please do so (see post below this one). Even if you can't do the entire thing, do one round.

*Remember something is better than nothing and a little daily progress goes along way*

How is everyone feeling on day 3? Hoping all of you are moving right along with exercise and making better food choices. When I first started losing weight I started by eliminating foods that I knew were NO good for me. I spoke about this previously but fast food was my biggest down fall. I stopped eating it, cold turkey. It was hard but it was a habit I knew I had to break in order to be successful. I know there are a lot of you out there that are probably going through the same thing. Some of us are highly addicted to sugar or carbs or both. Remember that foods with sugar and bad carbs are specifically designed to make us crave them. So we continue to buy them. If this is your 3rd day of cutting out the junk please know that as the days go on it does get easier but you have to be disciplined. Just keep reminding yourself that your cravings are just that CRAVINGS and you have the choice to give into them or not. It's hard but this is a part of weightloss. I was never the person who could just have a little of something or eat in moderation. I hope one day I reach that point but for the most part I have to keep a clean consistent diet to not only keep my weight off but to continue to lose a little more.

  • Happy Tuesday team!
    Here is your first challenge.
    Tuesday 8/18 you must INCREASE YOUR STEP COUNT BY 1K (from Monday’s numbers)
    Wednesday 8/19 INCREAKE YOUR STEP COUNT BY 2K (from Monday’s numbers)
    If this is too many steps for you please do your best to increase your step numbers each day. I understand everyones physical ability is different and I am sensitive to that so again please just do your best to increase your step numbers. If you normally average 5k your goal would be 6k and 7k on Wednesday ETC. if you do not have an activity tracker please just be honest and let me know that you did in fact walk or run more than the previous day. For example yesterday I hit 12,916 steps so today I need to hit 13,916 & Wednesday 14,916

    Second part of the workout is:
    5 rounds
    20 mountain climbers
    20 jumping jacks
    20 alternating lunges
    20 air squats
    REST 1 minute between rounds

    Again, as always modify when needed. If you can’t do a movement that is listed please just replace it with a movement you can do. If you can not do 20 reps or 5 rounds pick numbers that you can do. Don’t just not do it because you can’t do 5 rounds. If you’re only able to do 1 round, do that 1 round with 100% effort! I want you guys to push yourself and try new movements. If you’re unsure of what one of these movements are please utilize YouTube! I learned so much on my own during my weightloss and encourage you to do the same.
