So I told myself I’d definitely win this DietBet when I signed up because I lost felicias last one bc I kept stopping and starting and switching plans. Well I dicked around this time too 😔 tomorrow I start itrackbites carb conscious plan with my husband. Hoping I can stick with it because I am really disappointed in myself for not succeeding with this DietBet.

I know the feeling, I have bounced around for years with macro counting, ww, low calories and the truth is you just have to pick one and trust the process. It’s not about how perfect you are or what plan it’s sticking to it. Give it 30 days and no matter what don’t quit. You got this!!

Wow thank your everyone, it really cheers me up to hear your kind words. Theresa I have like 9 lb to the diet bet goal bc I gained some since the first weigh in :cry: I have about 40-50 total to lose to get to my healthy weight range.

  • My fams fav "Alfredo Mac N Cheese" with garlic shrimp!

    9sp of amazeballs

    Using fibergourmet pasta makes this big bowl of comfort just 8sp on ww blue

    I add 1sp for the cooking spray on the shrimp because I use many more than a 1/4 sec spray haha add a little garlic salt at the end of sauté and boom amazeballs for dinner

    Super Simple!

    1lb Pasta (cooked to preference)
    1 jar Alfredo Sauce
    4tsp Parmesan Cheese
    1c Shredded Cheese

    Top with grilled shrimp, chicken, veggies, anything your family loves, it's all awesome!

    My family requests this a few times a week if we haven't had it yet! "When are you making your alfredo mac n cheese" lol

So simply and they are amazing every time. Just a little cooking spray when pan is hot, like med high, toss shrimp in that have been patted dry, sear on each side.. right at the last few seconds Sprinkle with a little garlic salt and toss around. They come out like this every time!

  • GOODMORNING EVERYONE and happy MONDAY! A new fresh week!!!!! Let’s start it off with a water challenge. I’ve been slacking the last few days so I NEED THIS!!!! It’s also my time of the month (first cycle since before I got pregnant with Jax, my cramps are insane) so I need to debloat!!!

    Make a water goal and check in here throughout the day. My goal today is 150oz. Off to a late start, just started on my first 40.

    1 thing I’m proud of: sticking to healthy eating and my water even though I am sick. Water tastes so gross when you’re sick lol but I swear it’s what has helped me recover faster!

    I am so sorry I haven’t been commenting on everyones posts. I am DOWN from this sinus infection (JUST a sinus infection thank goodness!) But my head feels like it’s going to explode! Ive lost 4.5 pounds since the start of the bet most likely because I have no appetite at all. Hoping to feel better soon! Husband is off work and going to watch the kids while I sleep it off today!

    Lets focus on WATER today! (ME TOO). Water is so important for weight loss but also for overall health! For me I love to drink a lot of water because it helps me feel fuller during and in between meals! It also flushes out my body and keeps me from being bloated!

    The recommended amount off water per day is 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces! So for example if you are 200 pounds, the recommended amount would be 100 oz! So comment below your goal for the day and check in periodically throughout the day to stay accountable!!! I will choose 2 winners from the comments to win a brand new IRON FLASK. My fav insulated water bottle!!!

One thing that went well was my run friday night. It's cold but I brought both of my kids. My three year old held my hand. I teared up. My 9 year old who gained a little ran with me too and didnt stop even though I knew he was struggling. We then weighed ourselves sunday and figured out how much water we all need to drink to help our bodies. This is turning in to a family thing this time which makes me more accountable because I'm on stage with the biggest audience ever!

  • THE GAME HAS STARTED! OMG. I am so pumped and ready for this and I hope everyone else is too! I am going to kick things off by introducing myself for anyone here who doesn’t know me

    My name is Felicia Keathley and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys! 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds at my absolute rock bottom. I felt like I had tried SO many things to lose weight but would always end up quitting. I was at the point where I wanted to get weight loss surgery but my insurance needed proof of a failed weight loss program. So that’s why I joined WW (weight watchers) basically just expecting to fail. 3 years later here I am! Down 145 pounds naturally with WW and exercise

    I truly believe I was put on this earth to share my story and help others not only lose weight but change their mindset to be able to keep the weight off. So like I say all the time, YES this is a weight loss challenge, I also want you to dig deep and focus on all the other aspects that come along with weight loss. NO MORE all or nothing mentality. NO MORE quitting after one night out. This is forever. And I am here to help.
