  • Inspired by Sandy to share a little visual pepp. Suck-in-tummy-pictures from marsh 2020 and today. It's not any dramatic change but the thing is I kept my weighloss going slow and steady while learning about myself so much. I'll just keep going. I love this slow steady pace and love getting fitter by training too. Even thou there are setbacks on the whole I would say it's a win.

Monday Accountability

I am up 1 pound from last week, but I am not too worried. I took a few days off from running and ate a lot during the Thanksgiving Holiday. This week I plan to dial back the food and get back on track with my daily running at lunch.

Well, basically starting from scratch. I’m still hopeful to make my 6 month goal. Even if this month won’t be a winning one. (I just blew the last few weeks.)

Reminding myself being accountable is the first step to change. (I was just not going to post and go silently into that good night.) But I’m showing up for the change I want.

Jenny A, I am running 30 miles as a fund raiser for a Dog Rescue here! I plan to run 5 miles, every 4 hours, for 24 hours! I am so excited and super nervous! That's why I have been doing multiple runs on Saturdays :grin:

Beverly B nuts and bolts are different cereals ( Cheerios, shreddies, crispex and pretzels) baked with butter, garlic and onion powder and worchestier sauce... it’s heavenly and carb loaded...

In all honesty it took me forever to get over having 3 weeks off work in sept literally still working on getting rid of the extra lbs I added then! But the last week I started journaling everything and now I’m feel like I will actually see the end of them before I take time off in December! Your mojo will come back :grin:

  • After snacking too much today, cravings from migraine, I just made myself cut up some veggies even thou I didn't fancy it. Feel much more full and satisfied after eating. Actually more satisfied than after my snacking.

Honey, i have had migrains for about 7 years and after seeking help at the dentist, doctor, making new glasses I finally found much help from my gynecologist in stable-izing my hormones with going on the pill. Amazing feeling to not have migraine for 22 days in a row! I hope it sticks. So i guess my migrains mostly came from my premenopausal swinging hormones.

So i recommend anyone to check your hormones if you have the same problem.
