Non-scale victory of the week!

Helped my son learning to ride the bicycle he got for his birthday, and wasn’t as winded as I used to be doing simple activities. This is what it’s about.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Have been WAY off-track with eating and exercising, and I need to get back on track.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Saw my first “before and after” photos at the end of my first DietBet and realized there was a big difference, even though I couldn’t really see it day-by-day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

When I “splurge” I still need to keep it within reason. I had 2 pieces of pizza and m&ms, when I would have been satisfied with maybe just one slice of pizza. Then I wouldn’t have felt so down on myself, too.

More exercise - walking most days and swimming as much as possible.

Non-scale victory of the week!

went to a cookout where there was a lot of food that I would have typically over-indulged in, but I had one cheeseburger and then stopped and made healthy choices for the rest of the event

move more, and keep up with my water intake. I did not meet my goals for either of these this week.
