Non-scale victory of the week!

been a decent week. having theee balanced meals per day. Had one cheat day yesterday at McDonalds but it’s been a good week

balanced meals have been ok. could have more salad with them and less dough.......pizza.

had 4 good days in a row. normally I have work day in that time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had one bad day in the week when I ate three desserts in a day. One would have been ok. drinking more water would help
