1) Track calories (1 week streak in MFP). 2) Replace unhealthy go-to foods with healthier alternatives. Milk chocolate -> frozen fruit, Ice cream -> Watermelon, Pita Chips -> Pita bread w/ salad, Tzatziki, and/or Veggie Tray 3) Go on a 30+ min walk everyday.
