Resisted a binge! Night time hunger is when I am most likely to binge, but I had some tea and distracted myself instead

I did have a higher calorie meal on Wednesday, but I divided that excess through the week. still, need to reduce take out ordering.

I had a surprising craving for more vegetable dense foods and bad for me foods *feel* bad for me now

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

So I spent all last week indulging in what I missed over the holidays. I doubt I actually gained 13 pounds but I am very bloated and sluggish. should have tempered in better breakfasts and lunches to balance out.

So starting from this place of excess, I am going to go back to 15000 steps, 30 extra minutes, and my caloric deficit. Bloat should be off in a week or two.
