I was away last week and eat to much junk food and drink to many cocktails. but am getting back on track and back to basic today.

not a very good week. its so hot in nyc I wasn't able to get out and walk and the gyms are still closed. I was also craving sweets

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was having cravings for sweets. I gave in a few times and the scale is showing that. am so disappointed
