I feel like I’m gonna lose this challenge!! 😭
I found out I’m pregnant and even though I am having food aversion I’m not losing! I haven’t changed a thing and I’m still doing my workouts 3 days a week in the pool and getting my steps in. 😒

I’d say just eat healthy and not worry about the scale. Your baby needs and deserves good food for the next 40 weeks! Congrats! What a great gift you have to look forward to now!!
