Non-scale victory of the week!

My whole fkn state is on fire. My jogging trail is closed. Gyms are closed. Working out is harder than ever.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm disappointed that I didn't lose more weight. I've been very physically active in the past week. However, I am premenstrual and I know I retain a lot of water during that time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to start meal planning. I plan a few of my meals but not all of them because of my changing schedule. I think I need to make more effort in that department.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been tracking my food daily and that's really helped my progress. The ability to see at a glance what my caloric input vs output is has been a big motivation boost. I've started leaving my work desk to walk around more and I think that's helping too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm going grocery shopping today and getting more fruits and veggies. Gotta work on better snaking habits.
