Non-scale victory of the week!
I did AMAZING at getting my water in. 204oz three out of the four days!!!! Resisting snacks the last 4 days has actually been somewhat easy since I am aware I have no snacks in my house right now. However, I am nervous for tonight when I go dogsit at my parents, because they have so many good snacks. It'll be interesting if I am able to continue my progress!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think I could have added more variety into my diet. Next week I start going into work once a week and continuing to work remotely. I think I will meal prep this weekend so I have everything prepared for next week- meals and snacks!

3 days at gym (m/w/f) TRY for 2 days doing some type of home workout even if its 15 minutes KEEP UP THE WATER!!!!!
