    Goodmorning everyone!! How are we feeling?! Mid way through the 2nd week! I feel like its going so fast!

    Today is workout Wednesday and I want everyone to get moving today! Even if its just a quick 20 minute walk. Lets see those workout selfies, fitness watches, anything to show proof of a workout today! I will be hitting the gym tonight and posting my selfie here for accountability too since I know ill be exhausted by the end of the day LOL. Upper body for me tonight and I am going to challenge myself to 30 minutes on the stair master!😩😂

I'm sticking to the healthy foods and portions that were outlined to me by my dietician. I don't feel my clothes fitting any lighter but hoping to see a change this week. I'm not feeling discouraged just more motivated now to try even harder. I journal all my food I eat but thinking it could be my thyroid but still waiting for my doctor to answer me back if she can prescribe me medication after I got blood work and my dietician worried about my TSH levels.

I’m frustrated because I really worked the program(7 blue dots), exercise daily... but lost Nothing! I lost 4.2 lbs total in the previous 2 weeks & thought that was good but now I’m worried I won’t lose 1.8 to goal.
I’ll try to eat clean next week (no Smart Sweets or Halo Top snacks)

Keep your plans for your meals and stick to them! If your going out to eat or spending time with friends remember to enjoy yourself. Fill your plate with fruits and veggies and proteins but also have a little portion of something you really want!     EXERCISE. Do you love it or hate it? For so long it felt like a chore for me (and lets be real, some days it still does) But finding something that I actually enjoyed was so important. If you are absolutely miserable with whatever exercise you’re doing, try switching it up! Try something new. Step out of your comfort zone.

    I absolutely DESPISE cardio. So I decided when I wanted to lose the weight this time, to try more lifting. So I did. And I fell in love. Its less boring to me, it makes me feel like a badass, it makes me feel strong and powerful. Now for some people, cardio makes them feel that way! Zumba, yoga, lifting, crossfit, walking, biking, swimming, etc etc etc. Find what works for you and find something you don’t hate.

    My challenge for you this week is to try something new when it comes to movement. Now, I know there are not AS many options right now because of Covid. Here are some at home options to try:

    -The Fitness Marshall on youtube
    -Leslie Sansone on youtube
    -Alive by Whitney app (monthly subscription but I highly recommend)
    -MadFit on YouTube
    -Go for a walk
    -Go for a bike ride

    If your gyms are open:

    -Try lifting (I recommend Alive by Whitney app) Or search instagram (whitney Simmons, hanna oberg, des_b, ashlensandefur, randikennedy), YouTube and Pinterest for workouts if you don’t know where to start.

    -Try a new class you have never done before

    -Try a new cardio machine you haven’t done

    Lets see those workout selfies/workout trackers/any sort of proof to keep you accountable today! I WANT TO SEE LOTS OF COMMENTS! YOU GOT THIS

    Yes, this game is about losing that 4%. BUT we need to make it a point to focus on NON SCALE things as well. The number is NOT everything. So I want you to tell me:

    1.) You’re WHY. Why do you want to lose weight/be a healthier version of you? What is driving you?

    2.) What is your main NON SCALE goal that you would like to accomplish (clothes fitting better, developing a new healthy habit, fitting into a goal pair of pants, a specific health goal like better bloodwork numbers, etc)

I put on 20 pounds as I had to go on prednisone last fall. I have never ( even at full term pregnancy) weighed this much. My clothes are tight. I want to be able to play with my grandsons who are 3, 1 and 4 months. I need to get healthier so I can see them grow up.

    For anyone joining who doesn’t follow me through instagram I want to do a little introduction! My name is Felicia Keathley, I’m a 24 year old mom of 2 boys. 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey. I joined Weight Watchers, starting walking everyday and doing some easy weight lifting. Over the course of a year and a half I lost 147 pounds and have been maintaining ever since (with a pregnancy in between!) I am now 5 months postpartum and back to my goal weight of 160 lbs (I am 5’7)

    If I have learned anything over the last 3 years, it is that sustainability is the most important part of weight loss. Setting yourself up during your weight loss journey to have a successful maintenance/life long journey is SO IMPORTANT. Because losing weight is great, but keeping it off is the main goal! You will hear me talk about this a million times in the next 4 weeks lol

    I want this $35 to keep you accountable to lose weight, but also be an investment into yourself to grow MENTALLY along with physically. I want to help set you up for success POST dietbet, so you can continue to grow and continue this journey after this challenge is over.

    I want to make it VERY clear that any extreme, dangerous, or unhealthy methods of weight loss will not be tolerated. Any posts encouraging unhealthy methods will not be allowed.

    I want this to be a safe place for everyone and a judgment free zone. Please no belittling, arguing, or putting down any members or someones way of eating (Paleo, WW, keto, etc) Everything works different for everyone! This is my very first DietBet and I’m very excited to do something new & a little out of my comfort zone.

I want to enjoy life & look/feel good doing it with my beautiful 1 1/2 year old and fiancé.

My wedding is coming up in October and I just want to feel more confident on my big day than I do now.

Hi everyone! Super excited for this and really motivated to get up and active again, the weather in my area has been 90⁰+ with like 11000% humidity and I've been dragging big time.
