Trying to get back on track food wise. And I work today so I need to make sure I don't try to snack on all the dairy queen foods. So for breakfast I did coffee 3pts because international delight is nom noms but too sweet so I also do a splash of fat free cream with it.
And I did a breakfast sandwich with two eggs fried with a bit of margarine, with 2 oz of ham from canadianthanksgiving a slice of fat free cheese and a half a teaspoon of syrup because i like it a little sweet. Reminds me of mc griddles which I LOVED. 9pts on blue so not a bad start. At work I will be having a grilled chicken salad with 1/2 Ceasars dressing so it will be like 2 maybe 3 pts if I add a tiny bit of cheese :)

Of course I go onto the app at just before midnight on Monday evening and read about motivation, and lack of it happens. YES! and I had NONE today and I didn't eat like I should have. I was stressed I worked and was stuck on the phone with the internet guy for our work all day and out debit machines were down almost all day and it. Was. Stressful. And I didn't eat right. But ill get back on track tomorrow and get stuff done. Motivation Monday was a bust for me but ill just bring it with me into Tuesday and hope I do better :)

  • THE GAME HAS STARTED! OMG. I am so pumped and ready for this and I hope everyone else is too! I am going to kick things off by introducing myself for anyone here who doesn’t know me

    My name is Felicia Keathley and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys! 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds at my absolute rock bottom. I felt like I had tried SO many things to lose weight but would always end up quitting. I was at the point where I wanted to get weight loss surgery but my insurance needed proof of a failed weight loss program. So that’s why I joined WW (weight watchers) basically just expecting to fail. 3 years later here I am! Down 145 pounds naturally with WW and exercise

    I truly believe I was put on this earth to share my story and help others not only lose weight but change their mindset to be able to keep the weight off. So like I say all the time, YES this is a weight loss challenge, I also want you to dig deep and focus on all the other aspects that come along with weight loss. NO MORE all or nothing mentality. NO MORE quitting after one night out. This is forever. And I am here to help.

I am ready for this to kickstart me back to my goal weights 157 is the area I feel most comfortable at chasing after my two young boys! Quarantine has been a little tough on healthy habits - gonna use this time to focus on restarting those and other healthy routines


Late posting but I wanted to comment. My goal for this game is to get a handle on my sugar intake. That includes artificial sugar too.

So today I went for my road test and got my license! I'm so happy I finally did it because now I can do so much more for my weight loss journey including making it to the gym in the winter easier!
