    Get those plans ready for our 3rd week! Set yourself up for success! Here’s an idea of something I have on my menu this week:

    Copycat McGriddles: Use protein pancake mix (I like Kodiak cake) and make 2 small pancakes. Layer scrambled egg, turkey sausage / or bacon, slice of velveeta cheese and a drizzle of sugar free syrup. SO YUMMY. Try it out!

  • Remember that while yes, the goal of this game is about losing that 4%.... I want you to have other goals as well. Goals that don’t involve the number. Goals that make you feel PROUD, confident, strong. Things that are going to set you up for long term success

    If you’re thinking this is a 4 week challenge and then it’s “over” you have the wrong mindset. This journey is never over. Built new habits that can help you sustain this weight forever.   • I know the weekends can be tough for some, but remember to keep your goal and your why in mind! What will make you feel GOOD this weekend? What won’t. Don’t let the weekend be an excuse to eat whatever you want, as much as you want, and not move your body

    My challenge to you today is to eat meals that make you feel good, and get some form of exercise in, even if that’s a small short walk! And WATER!

    I’m going to make today a water challenge. Pick a goal and shoot for that goal! Recommended amount is 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces (so for example if you’re 200 lbs, your goal would be 100 oz)

About 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds. I have since lost 140 pounds and have been able to keep it off for over 2 years.
