Almost was afraid I wasn't going to make it cuz I got really bloated over the weekend from my period but staying diligent keeping to my intermittent fasting and drinking my water I surpassed my expectations.. we made it!!! ❤❤❤

The final weigh in period is open and accepting submissions. You will enter your weigh in photos just as you did when you began your game. You can click on "enter weigh-in" and begin weighing in. Please be sure to use the weigh in word given to you as it acts like a time stamp letting us know you've weighed in real time.

If you have any questions at all, just thread them here and I will be happy to help! The weigh in period runs from October 11 to October 12 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. If you did not reach your goal, you do not need to weigh in.

  • Happy last Saturday of our game!

    I am so proud of each and every one of you for committing to your health over the last month.

    Saturday nights are typically the hardest challenge for me because it's my "Friday" night and I'm always wanting to celebrate with some takeout or make a special meal to celebrate making it through the week!

    What I've started to do is to meal prep for the weekends - not only the weeks - as well. This helps me focus in on my goals and prevents temptation.

    Last night, I made a yummy, protein-packed, low-calorie soup that I will have for lunches all throughout the weekend. We had it for dinner as well, I just made a double batch in order to have leftovers to carry over to this weekend.

    What are some tricks you've found that help you get you through the weekend without undoing all of your hard work from the week? I've determined that this is a weak spot for me, so I'm trying to habit change in order to make changes happen!

    What are the weak spots that you struggle with on the weekend? What is one thing this weekend that you can practice changing in order to change your life? As we've already discussed - those small changes add up!

    Is anyone struggling to meet their goal? I will tell you...my scale is NOT budging. It's easy to give up right now. It's easy to give in to temptations and think "well, we're too close for it to matter". I'm feeling the same!

    What I'd like you to challenge yourselves with is instead to think about the future. Think about how you'll feel on October 11 and 12 - both if you gave up and if you gave it your all. Which one feels better?

    Even if you don't win...what actions can you take to make yourself feel accomplished and motivated for the future you?

    What have you done before that works to keep you in the game? What tips and tricks do you have for staying consistent when everything in you is just saying to try again next time?

    Channel that inner fight I know you have to keep going. I'm talking to myself as much as you all today. We've got this, crew! Don't give up. ❤
