Anyone else think these photo requirements are excessive? I get having the word of the day, etc. but there is nowhere in my house where I can get a head to toe picture of me standing on a scale. Any advice for this?? Not everyone has a full length mirror in their house.

I bought a full length cheap mirror that I hung on the outside of my bedroom door where the hard surface is.
For a while I was propping the mirror on a laundry basket in the kitchen. It was odd. No doubt.

Just do it. The cravings will go away if you eliminate refined sugar and white flour. I’m serious. Trust the program. It works!

Just make sure you’re in a calorie deficit and weight will always come off :) I have a surgery coming up and won’t be able to work out for 4-6 weeks so I’m just going to be particularly mindful of what I’m putting in :) food scales really help.

  • This is prob gonna be one of my last diet bets! I got to my goal! Thanks for making it possible! 80lbs down!! Took a little over 2 years. That last 6lbs took me about 3 months!! Gosh that last bit is cruel!!

  • I wanted to share my new favorite 2b mindset meal, a spinach and feta omelette covered with an entire tomato. I use reduced fat cheese because I can’t even tell the difference and add some chopped onion. This is great for a plate it dinner (if has a ton of steamed spinach inside) or breakfast or lunch with some Ezekiel toast on the side. I love how you can customize this approach by trying tracking and seeing. Love that flexibility. I sometimes throw a tiny ffc into dinner or usually don’t worry about fruit at all and I’m seeing progress so I’m going with it. am excited to finish this diet bet strong and start the next one and keep making progress!
