I didn't really have any this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done everything better this past week. I need to follow the plate it rules, make sure I have enough FFC's earlier in the day.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I've yoyo dieter for years and have struggled with maintaining a "diet" where I could keep the weight off. I would hit a plateau, get frustrated and quit.
