  • THE GAME HAS STARTED! OMG. I am so pumped and ready for this and I hope everyone else is too! I am going to kick things off by introducing myself for anyone here who doesn’t know me

    My name is Felicia Keathley and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys! 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds at my absolute rock bottom. I felt like I had tried SO many things to lose weight but would always end up quitting. I was at the point where I wanted to get weight loss surgery but my insurance needed proof of a failed weight loss program. So that’s why I joined WW (weight watchers) basically just expecting to fail. 3 years later here I am! Down 145 pounds naturally with WW and exercise

    I truly believe I was put on this earth to share my story and help others not only lose weight but change their mindset to be able to keep the weight off. So like I say all the time, YES this is a weight loss challenge, I also want you to dig deep and focus on all the other aspects that come along with weight loss. NO MORE all or nothing mentality. NO MORE quitting after one night out. This is forever. And I am here to help.

    Lets kick this off with the first of many giveaways! Comment below what your goals are for this game (you can share your scale goal if your comfortable) but I want to hear those NON SCALE GOALS. I will pick 3 winners to each win $50 PayPal cash!

    Stay tuned for Set Up Sunday where we will set up for the week ahead! The game is starting on a Thursday so its kind of weird timing. But take these next few days to write down some meal ideas, snack ideas, etc. LOTS of which will be posted here. POST AWAY! We all want new ideas!

I am ready for this to kickstart me back to my goal weights 157 is the area I feel most comfortable at chasing after my two young boys! Quarantine has been a little tough on healthy habits - gonna use this time to focus on restarting those and other healthy routines

Late posting but I wanted to comment. My goal for this game is to get a handle on my sugar intake. That includes artificial sugar too.

I’ve had the same issue and what I learned was tilt your phone that you’re taking the picture with until it’s more clear of the scale numbers. It took me several weeks to finally figure it out to where it’s not an issue for me anymore. Good luck on the weight loss challenge.

I had the same problem. I ended up using the camera on Snapchat lol the numbers showed right up. Better than the camera on my phone.

  • AHHHH WELCOME EVERYONE!!!!!!!
    Weigh ins will begin and I cannot wait. I will be participating with you all as well! I’m at the higher end of the range I like to be in (anywhere from 160-175.. I’m around 170 currently after lots of birthday celebrations lol 🎉) And just between us....I have a photo shoot at the end of the month that I want to look my best for so this is PERFECT timing for me! I will be weighing in as soon as I get home from my current trip to Seattle.

    Once weigh ins open up, the app will give you the word you need and they explain all the steps! If you don’t have anyone to take a photo for you, you can use a full length mirror or set your phone up with a timer! If you have any additional questions just make a post here and I’ll try to help you out!

    I’ll be honest, the DietBet app needs a revamp lol. If something isn’t working try deleting and redownloading the app. Make sure to check back here everyday for my daily posts! Lots of giveaways and SO MANY meal ideas / motivation! We will be doing weekly meal menus as well to set your week up for success!

    While this game is about losing that 4%, I always make sure everyone in my game focuses on the mindset before anything..because that is the only thing that will help you LONG TERM. Extreme/dangerous methods of weight loss will not be tolerated. Please keep this a healthy positive space. Remember different things work for different people! If you don’t agree / have anything nice to say just move on! Let’s all support eachother.
